Our 2-room and 3-room rental apartments are ideal for thermal spa stays
About 200 metres from the thermal spa via village lanes, the apartments are on the first floor of a small 17th century building. They’re comfortable, welcoming, well-exposed and fully equipped – an ideal base for getting the most out of your thermal spa holiday in Salies de Béarn.
Thermal spa rate
From March to November, we offer a special 3-week thermal “cure” rate for Le Bayaa and La Source. It stays the same, regardless of the season.
Coming by train?
Let us know, and we can arrange for someone to meet you by car at Puyoô station.
At the request of one of our guests, we’ve put a shopping trolley in both apartments – handy for local shopping and market day.
The apartments are right in the middle of the village, so you’ll find all the essentials and a little bit more close to hand. That includes grocers, butchers, bakers, charcutiers, hairdressers, newsagents, clothes shops, restaurants and a wine merchant. There’s a good-sized supermarket on the road into Salies de Béarn.
Coming by car?
You can park right outside the apartment; the spaces are officially intended for 30 minute stays. There are several more car parks only 100-200 metres away.
CULTURAL AND SPORTS EVENTS
The town of Salies de Béarn and the Tourist Office are very active. They publish a weekly roundup of activities (see What’s On below). Explore more of the Béarn and Basque country and you won’t be disappointed. Pau, Navarrenx, Sauveterre, Orthez, Bayonne, Saint Jean Pied de Port, the Kakuetta Gorge are just some of the places worth visiting.
